《Resident Evil 4》重置版的 VR 模式将会让玩家以第一人称的方式亲身踏入被疯狂支配的地方解救被绑架的总统千金。这个模式将会在 2023年12月8日正式登陆 PS VR2，并会作为免费更新的方式上线。于此同时，玩家也能够下载体验版来进行试玩。
