ViewerAnon 曾精准爆料《The Last of Us》电视剧中扮演Ellie 母亲的出演人员。他在帖文中表示Ellie 作为前两部游戏中的主要角色之一，并不会在本作中死亡。另外他在留言透露「在今年将会开始大量拍摄」的这句话也让许多玩家都纷纷问到是否是有关动作捕捉的那一方面。
