故事主要讲述两位被逐出天堂的坠天使Panty和Stocking抵达Datan City，原是得赚Heaven Coins重返天堂，但男人与甜点似乎更让两位感兴趣。不知道两位不按常理出牌的坠天使会带来什么故事呢？
