在Twitter，有粉丝询问Infinity Ward游戏叙事总监Taylor Kurosaki，问到《Call of Duty: Modern Warfare》是否可以跨平台游玩呢？Taylor Kurosaki表示他们已经正在为跨平台游玩的元素，正在制作中。最重要的是Taylor Kurosaki表示PS4与Xbox One是可以互相跨平台游玩；而PC版也可以与游戏主机互相进行跨平台游玩，叫粉丝们拭目以待。
